Booked the moment an order is confirmed
As soon as a job's order is confirmed it drops straight into the dispatch scheduler and is assigned a delivery run, driver and vehicle — no re-keying. The workflow then emails and SMSs the customer automatically at every step, from order booked to scheduled, out for delivery and delivered, so nobody has to chase an update.
